San Diego Wings – Crisp, Flavorful Buffalo Wings and Tenders in Lemon Grove, CA

Man oh man those boneless medium buffalo wings were so good, the crispiness very nice over the sauce they don't get soggy and they somehow stay very crisp even though they have sauce on them. Great customer service and he was hassled while he was completing my order by two guys that came in looking for trouble but kudos to him for keeping his composure and not going off. Definitely recommend, I would say it's even better than the previous owners had did.

The Buffalo Chicken Tenders were delicious and super tender. The Salt & Pepper Chicken was nice and crunchy, and also delicious. Good portion size on both plates. The fries were also good. 1st time here and certainly not my last.

The service is above and beyond! They make you feel welcomed off the bat, the owner is amazing love his energy! The atmosphere is very homey. I would give the food a 5 but I have yet to try everything! I ordered the sweet and spicy buffalo chicken fries and my friend ordered the empire hot buffalo shrimp fries. FYI the empire hot is SPICYYY! if you order it be ready lol.

For years, I've had a rule about chicken wing and tender spots: don't get your hopes up. It felt like I hadn't had a truly good experience since 2015. The chicken was always dry, the breading was either too thick or bland, and it all tasted like old fryer oil. I was convinced that a truly great chicken tender was a thing of the past. Then I found San Diego Wings I brought some tenders home last night, and I kid you not, I had to pause my show to tell my girlfriend how incredible they were. These were, without a doubt, the most plump and juicy chicken tenders I have ever had. The breading was perfectly light and crispy, with a delicate, flaky texture that didn't overpower the chicken itself. What really impressed me was the attention to the sauce. This place gets it. The chicken was generously coated, and they provided ample dipping sauces on the side—no need to beg or ask for more. This is more than just a good meal; it's a prayer answered for anyone who has given up on finding great chicken. If you're looking for a genuinely outstanding experience and want to support a local business that's doing everything right, you have to try this place. We need to keep these doors open for good.

I love the wings, they have a very unique way to cooked them. Shakes are amazing too. I'll be coming here more often.

I had a pretty good chicken wrap from this new place in Lemon Grove. I ordered chicken wrap with a spinach tortilla for $12. They also offer bone in wings, boneless wings, buffalo fries, burgers, more wraps, salads, and milk shakes. The wraps came with chopped crispy fried chicken tenders, chopped lettuce and tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, and your choice of sauce. I went for the garlic Parmesan sauce. The wrap was tasty and I liked that the chicken tenders kept their texture. The chicken was tender and the garlic parm sauce was tasty. The lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions were good. I did think that the wrap needed more girth or more ingredients. I think it was a one man crew when I visited, so items took a little long to come out on the kitchen, not that I was upset or anything. They are just getting under way so I understand. They offer plenty of inside seating.

First time here ! Food was delicious I recommend the chicken burger “mango habanero flavor “ The fries and wings were also delicious !

For the longest time, I've been wondering if this place was still buffalo spot and look at that it's not buffalo spot but it is San Diego wings .Owner says it's the same flavors when they used to have the Buffalo spot here and he wasn't wrong. They even added salads and burgers for the little kiddos who don't really prefer chicken. I would recommend coming here. Chill vibe and the service was really good as well. :)
